I was walking in the street after I had finished work. It was the middle of the afternoon and a lot of people were outside, maybe because of the good weather.
I didn’t want to go to my apartment, so I kept on walking, feeling the sun warms my skin and the wind gently caress it. It was kind of day that I loved the must: it is sunny, and the wind is not rough. I can walk for hours when the weather is like that and I also take the time to look at all the things around me: people, sky, animals, nature…
It is not the same for all the people that I see walking. There are two kinds of people: the first are walking very quickly, they seem to be late or very busy and the second are focused on their cell phones and don’t even look up to see around them.
I feel sad when I see that. I don’t understand why these people are walking if they are more interested in may be send a someone who is far or near (who is for me more stupid because they can speak to the person in real life) than to look at how much more beautiful the sky and nature are.
Sometimes, I want to say to them “Stay home if you can’t just for a moment stop to look at your phone! I prefers to see nobody when I walk than to see a lot of people like that!” But I stay quiet and I just smile sadly when I see one of them.
